We are back from our up north vacation, so it is time to get serious, and back to the grind!
First step: Fitness.
I went to my first Barre Bee Fit class last night. Barre is a mix between pilates, ballet, and yoga. It really made me realize how much I miss doing Pilates on a regular basis. I could definitely feel the burn- it was very challenging, which makes it that much more worth it!
Unfortunately, the classes are a little out of my price range, so I will only be attending 5 classes per Groupon. But I will enjoy every minute.
Next on the list: Boot Camp.
I used to be involved with a boot camp group back in Rochester. I was really dedicated to it, and saw major results. Now that I have moved, I have to find a new gym/exercise regimen. Chris belongs to a gym in town (one of the least expensive around!) that offers 5:30AM boot camp classes 3 days a week. Since he is already going to the gym for 5:30AM workouts, it works out perfectly! I will be joining next week, and will keep you all posted on my progress
